In the neo-noir thriller The Locksmith, recently released ex-con Miller Graham (Ryan Phillippe) tries to reconnect with his estranged family while being pulled back into a world of crooked cops and small-town criminals. Despite a talented cast, the film offers little new to the genre, relying on predictable plot twists and clichés.
